For those of you that have been following my journey from the beginning of my web3 adventure, you know I’ve always had an optimistic view on The Sandbox. Now that there is SO much going on there with the release of their 0.9 Game Maker tool and the opening of the marketplace (although marred with controversy over the CATALYSTs distribution) I believe it’s time for me to align my focus once again on what is happening inside The Sandbox ecosystem and become your go to resource for all things #sandfam.

I will still keep my finger on the pulse of other web3 games, try out the ones that sound most promising, and include the most important updates I come across in this newsletter. But to combat my serious case of ADD I think this aligned focus will provide you with the most value possible while keeping my mental state at ease :)

• The Sandbox marketplace is now open to ANYONE to mint and sell their assets

• In-house solution for creator royalties on The Sandbox marketplace

• A Dookey Dash knock off is now playable, with prizes

• The esports shooter game Farcana raises $10M

• Parallel releases its Planetfall expansion set

• The launch of SHRAPNEL will include a leaderboard competition with $3M SHRAP prize pool

🚀 WEB3

• Immutable zkEVM (powered by Polygon) will be gas free for gamers
